Leylines is free of charge during the beta. There is no payment behind beta access and so nothing on it to refund. This policy applies to plugin license purchases, including purchases already made.
1. 14-day refund window
If Leylines isn't working out, you can request a full refund of a plugin license purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, no questionnaire required.
2. How to request a refund
Sign in to your account, open Purchases, and press Refund next to the order. That is the whole process. You do not need to email us, and there is nothing to fill in.
The button appears on every eligible purchase for 14 days. If the window has closed, or the purchase was a gift or a beta key with no payment behind it, the button will not be there because there is nothing it can refund. Email support@cybermoonaudio.com in those cases, or if you cannot get into your account.
Purchases are handled by Paddle, our reseller of record, so pressing Refund submits your request to them and refunds are issued to your original payment method. Paddle reviews refund requests, which means the request is not granted the instant you press the button. We do not control that review or how long it takes, and once it is approved the time for funds to appear still depends on your bank or card provider.
3. What happens to your license
Your license keeps working while the request is being reviewed. Once the refund is approved, the license and its activations are revoked and the machines using it are released. The plugin continues to work in free receiver mode.
4. Cloud subscriptions
Paid Cloud subscriptions are not offered during the beta. If and when they are offered, you can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate partial periods.
5. EU / UK consumers
EU and UK consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because Leylines is digital content, if you ask us to begin providing it immediately and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once delivery starts, that statutory right may end early. Our 14-day refund policy above applies regardless and is at least as generous.
